The aim of these courses is to enable delegates to look after the mental wellbeing and resilience of themselves and others who they come into contact with as part of their work.
It's bespoke.... so it's up to you what you want to be included.
Sessions are generally there to help people recognise the signs and symptoms of developing poor mental health. They will also give delegates the confidence to signpost them to the professional help needed.

How to support someone displaying signs of poor mental health to prevent things from getting worse.
Gain an understanding of other conditions such as Bipolar and Psychosis.
Signpost others towards appropriate professional support.
Supporting staff who are absent with mental health-related illness and how to conduct return to work and discuss reasonable adjustments.
Be aware of how to look after your own wellbeing.
